Drive through Mixed Drinks Mixin A Go Go!

I'm looking for $100,000 to invest in a drive through mixed-drink store.
In most states it is illegal to have unsealed alchohol in your car which leaves a large market open.

To get a mixed drink you either have to go through one of 3 scenarios

1)Go out buy all the ingredients and make your own.
2)Settle for ready made Wine Coolers
3)Or go to a resteraunt and sit down

What if all you want to do is have a good mixed drink with your friends at a BBQ, out at the lake, at home or other recreational place where drinks are allowed but you simply have to settle?

We offer the alternative! Mixed drinks to go! Full bartender service in a drive through. We air seal it in plastic after it's made. That way it can be legally taken home to enjoy at your BarBQ.

That's an interesting concept. What's the liability like with a drive through that serves alcohol?

It is the same as liquor stores with the same concept. There are drive through liquor stores. As long as the mixed drink is sealed it is 100% in the good as any standard drive through liquor store. We have a few in town but none that make and seal mixed drinks and this is a giant college and recreational city.

There are businesses similiar to this in FT Worth and Midland TX and the lines to these places go around the block.

We are actually going over some details right now with my partner. She is running another business that is doing 400K profit after taxes a year with no advertising, which they have recently started advertising and should be up to 700k by the end of next year. She wants to get into this business and we are working on it together.
