Does any get partners/investment

I am just wondering if anyone has been able to get partners or investment funds through section? Also if anyone has been ripped off this section? I mean if you idea has been stolen or money taken.

I’ve yet to invest any of my money into someone else’s project but I have recently struck a deal to jointly offer services with someone I met on this site. I’m also using the services of two different companies I found on this site.

I’ve noticed that there is a lack of preparation on behalf of most people looking for investors on this site. I would like to know if anyone has lent or invested anything over $25K into a project from this site. Just curious…

That is what i am getting at. It seems that many people looking for help just get this spur of the moment idea and write a post thinking they will get someone or something. To shows a great disrespect to their own business and a lack of leadership. I was once guilty of this when I first got on this forum. They is great to hear that you have been able to partner up your services.

It is one thing to bounce ideas around, but it is another to solicit investments unpreparedly. This forum looks to be very useful when developing a business plan or answering questions, but some people just love to waste everyone's time.
