Dev Partner Needed - Launch several small projects

Hello YE,
I have several "small" ideas that I would like to get developed and put to market. I am looking for a programmer that is willing to roll up his sleeves and get some of them built, so I can sell them. I have them stack ranked and specifications written for a few of them. I believe I am ready to either hire a programmer or find someone that is willing to have a 50% interest in these. Most are PHP/MySQL projects around data that I have, as well as RSS feed tools & Wordpress plugins. I can elaborate for interested parties.

I have years of experience with affiliate marketing, ppc, email marketing and web development. I can help with the design & branding element, looking for a partner to build the back end tools.
