My partner and I have a consulting/negotiating company. We consult/negotiate for any company out there, our specialty is saving them money. They come to us, tell us their budget, and we help them trim things down and save. This past summer we helped a company save over $100,000, just by being frugal, smart and tenacious.

How we make money: A company comes to us, they tell us what they want, how much it costs, and then we go out and find a better deal. If they were quoted $2000 and we find a better deal for $1500 we take a small percentage of the $500 that we saved them. We don't make money, unless we save the client money, simple.
