computer nerd seeking fellow nerds, investors, and business/marketing people for recently established web startup

I'm a senior at California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo and I'm hoping to hit the ground running after I graduate this June. I had an idea for a website last year that I immediately started working on, but because I was putting all my time into its development I wasn't making any money and couldn't afford to advertise it. After I finished the majority of the dev I had to put the project on the back-burner so I could build some capital. I was doing web development for clients on craigslist for a while but I recently got a job doing IT stuff for my department at $15/hr and should be able to take the next step pretty soon here.

StatusPays is a marketplace for social promotion. Companies can come buy advertisement from real users, the users put the advertisement as their status and get paid. Advertisers can filter through real users and choose their target demographics to optimize their advertisements.

Anyway, I'm looking for 2-3 people to help get this project properly launched. Ideally you'd be graduated from a 4 year university or graduating soon, living in the US (for time reasons), have a little money to contribute to advertising (or have the ability to advertise yourself), and have access to a webcam.

Nerd requirements:
-Ability to work with Facebook API
-HTML/PHP/JS/MySQL proficient

Marketing requirements:
-Have time and money to devote
-Very sociable with great people skills

You aren't a nerd or a marketer but have money to invest? Help me hire some staff! The website is completely functional but it could use a little cleaning up (graphically) and the facebook integration could be a little more seamless. Take a look at the site and let me know what you think!
