Clothing Capacity?

Hello is there anyone here that has access to clothing manufacture that could help with a simple design to add a feature on an existing garment and go to market? Being in the active wear sector would be best but not necessary. I have an idea for a product that I think is innovative and after some research I don't see anywhere on the market yet.

I thank you for your kind reply, I've hooked up with a local business woman and we are making a few prototypes for testing. I am going to try some small scale local sales at first to gauge the market if it takes off I may look for larger capacity, but of course that's a big if. Will keep you all posted.
