These would be voluntary positions. But could easily grow into a well paying job and a share in the business. currently I make no money off the business as i have took all profits and put them back into the company.

odesk will allow you to hire people cheaply to write articles for you, when I post jobs there I get responses ranging from $3/hr to ~$30/hour

Are there any immediate benefits? It kinda sounds like your asking someone to build your website with the promise of pay someday. Will you at least be contracting these people so they are assued they get a cut latter on?

we already have a facebook/twitter page. im not looking for someone to build me a website. since I have done all the hard work already. just looking for people to do small tasks and grow into positions when i can pay them. I'm thinking in about a month or 2 we will be at the top of the search engines for our search terms. just looking for like minded entrepreneurs that want to grow with a company from the ground up.
