Hello,
My name is Ben and I'm based in the UK. I'm currently starting to import more products, and am now looking for a partner who can provide some capital to enable me to make a larger order.
I have had talks with a new supplier, and soon will hopefully place an order for 20 mobile phones. They are Nokia models, I will get 2 different kinds (10 of each). The total order value is around $8500.
I'm looking for someone who would be willing to provide the capital to import the phones. I will happily do all the work selling them again, and you would get perhaps 40-50% of the profit. I'm hoping profit will be at least $1000, although hopefully it could be closer to $2000.
I am going to be paying the supplier with Escrow.com, probably the safest payment method on the internet.
How could this work? Well, you could pay the supplier directly and I'd take the shipment of the phones. I would then pay you as much of the $8500 as possible, either through PayPal, Moneybookers, bank transfer or any other method. Once I'd done that, we would confirm with Escrow.com that the order was fine, and the payment would be released to the supplier. We'd then liaise on a personal level for me to get your profit to you (and any remaining money if I still owed you).
Alternatively, you could send me the money first, perhaps through PayPal or Moneybookers. Then I would pay the supplier through Escrow.com and pay you back as above.
If done the first way your risk is minimal, as I'll let you be in control of the Escrow transaction. But I'm happy either way.
Summary
- You'll need around $8500
- You'll hopefully get $500-$1000 profit within a few weeks
- You'll hardly have to do any work!
- Your risk is minimal
This is a serious proposition, but I'd like to get moving ASAP as the supplier's prices are not set in stone. I have been informed they change regularly, so the faster this is done the better.
Thanks!
