Capital needed for family entertainment center

OK, I have everything planned except the financing. I am still a bit new to all of this, but I have an extensive business plan complete. I have my location picked out. I'm just not sure how to find a good venture capitalist. Any information would be of great value.

I appologize, I'm not quite sure how much info is too much, but, my plan is an over the top Skating rink, but with many different entertainment options. Kind of a Chuck-E-
Cheese with a skating rink inside.
