Why would anyone invest in the project like this during a recession? Can you name one company in this market segment that is making money these days? I can't see how you would have a profitable business plan in place when discretionary spending on things like this is down an absurd amount.

I would put this project on the shelf for at least 12-24 months.

Development company, huh? So how many developments have you done? Where? I'd really love to see how you think you (or your investors) will make a 100% profit in 9 months...that's absurdly optimistic to say the least.

Do you have a website? You don't even have a company email address?

Numbers don't lie and they are way up in revenue. We have the No. 1 man in the country for water parks as our consultant. Did you know that movie ticket sales go way up in a recession? Everyone wants to escape from reality. As I said they are almost recession proof because when parents can't afford a pricey vacation they will take there kids to a water park for a day. We also take time to build. 12-24 months the window of opportunity will be over. The time is perfect, right now, and don't forget timing is everything.

To be fair he has not mentioned any building plans and how long it will take, assumptions made TO give negative critique is not what he comes here for. Whether it was due to a misunderstanding or some recent towards his russian(!?) name is not something I can judge.

Might be that I have been spoiled with your previously good comments, but this one was not unbiased.
