Business Partner for a Marine e-Commerce Start-up

I am trying to find a business Partner / Investor who has significant experience in e-commerce. I would like to team up with someone knowledgeable and motivated. I have received seed funding from a young entrepreneur organization ($15,000) and am ready to take this to the next level. I'm based in Toronto, Canada, the closer you are the better. The business will mostly take advantage of the US market for now and is therefore established there currently, as a corporation.

It would be beneficial if you understand SEO concepts, marketing, CRM & Accounting as these are some of the major components as well as have some kind of experience with looking for funding.
