Brand New Company w/ Innovative Technology is Seeking Angel Investor

For a year now, the content creation industry has been my main source of income. I've studied small web-based writing firms and I've started small web-based writing firms. I know this industry very well and I've been very successful in it.

Earlier this year when I sold my latest web-based writing firm, Articles R Us, a new idea emerged. The idea of changing the way customers order content, the way authors receive the order, write & edit the content and how the content is delivered to the customers by automating the process was a mere dream...Or was it? The idea came from my frustration of manually managing 12+ writers, 50+ customers and orders of up to 180 articles. The day-to-day activity of handling these tasks limited my businesses growth and put a ceiling over how many customers I could serve. Was there really a way to breakthrough that ceiling and automate the daily, daunting managing tasks?

Attention Private Angel Investors Who Seek A High-Return, Low-Risk Investment!

My name is Ryan Dodson and I am the owner & CEO of Content Unltd, Inc. What is Content Unltd, Inc. and how will it revolutionize and lead the content creation industry?

Content Unltd is a high-end, innovative content writing service that uses a resourceful, never-before-thought-of way of providing highly unique, well-researched, original content to our clients. We are changing the way that content is ordered, created and delivered.

    Content? What kind of content?

Articles, press releases, blog posts, etc... Basically what from sole proprietors to large corporations need in order to promote their products/services and to grow their businesses.

What makes this such a good investment is my previous experience and "know-how"...

I've served numerous clients in each of my target groups in the recent past with Articles R Us and that hands-on experience has allowed me to do more than just standard old market research.. It's also allowed me to look at the regular (and complex) order/deliver process and come up with an innovative (and simplistic) process that uses brand new web-based technology that's so unique that I had to research & develop this new tech.

Up to this point, I've personally funded the business for:

    1. Office Equipment
    2. Office Furniture
    3. Computer Equipment

The reason I'm here today seeking funding is for the following:

    1. Final Stage Development of the new web-based tech
    2. Marketing & Distribution
    3. Web Design & Development
    4. Office Rent/Expenses for an entire year

The total sum I'm requesting is...

    $100,000

I'm willing to give up 20% equity of the company, along with a 25% return on investment within 2 years. I have a written agreement ready which was drafted by an attorney stating these terms between the future investor and I.

How can I be so confident?

Aside from the fact that the content creation industry is growing at an incredible rate with no industry leading company...I've already gotten several other businesses interested in promoting Content Unltd. to several other businesses that they are affiliated with - And that's just ONE reason. If you want FULL details, please contact me and I will send my business plan to you (NDA signing required).

    Thanks for your time.

    Have a great day,

    Ryan

P.S. Now I'm not going to say there aren't any risks, because just like every other venture, there certainly are. But I'm managed to lower those risks as much as possible to ensure a healthy investment. More details in the business plan.
