Hello,
I am looking for investors that have hard money... basically I have clients in various fields that are looking for investors in such things as oil, commercial real estate, ect. and i know good deals deals i have 5 analyst working on these were talking people that need 500 thousand dollar loans that have 72 million in assets.. but as most of you know the current banking situation is preventing these people from getting these loans do to the fact that banks are holding on to there CASH. there will be much opportunity within the next 18 to 24 months for people that have cash to invest! and not in the stock market rather getting 12 to 15 percent return on there investments. if you are or you know people pm me and we will get rollin!
