To start things off, I am an investor who has just thought of a unique concept for a bar. The concept has many marketing options and I am in a great location, Philadelphia. The bar scene is popular due to the many business owners, employees and local educational institutions that surround this city. My idea will strike and benefit each type of person: rich, poor, college, CEO, young, old, etc.
I would be immature to make a bold statement and tell you upfront that I have the capital to make this happen, because quite frankly, I can only assume the start-up budget and operating expense. However, I can get any money that is needed.
I am looking for someone who has experience working in a bar. Preferably someone who not only understands the employee side of things but rather the employer side of owning a restaurant (Current/previous owner, manager, supervisor, etc.). If you are a current bar owner, and you fit my exact description on who I want managing my investment, I would be more than happy to talk to you about where you are now and what I can do for you in order to make my investment worth your while.
If I did not make myself clear in the paragraph above, this investment is initially going to be located in Philadelphia but it would be a hit in many of the top cities, leaving you with room to grow.
About myself: I own two of the largest field related companies in the US. If there is anyone to solve a problem, it is me. I adapt to each situation and manage to overcome any negatives. I can take a good employee and turn them into an all star, depending on their attitude. I have a proven track record and am looking to expand my portfolio. If there is anyone to leach on to, it is me.
If you are interested in this venture, PM me as soon as possible with your credentials.
I will talk to you soon.
