Currently in possession of a 5 acre cay in the Bahamas near Exuma with beach. Seeking ideas based on this piece of land and is open to anything from the obvious hotel, club, agriculture, or alternative energy. Need investors aswell to move project along, and will be looking to have a plan drafed by no later than Febuary.
