Smile AZ Adult Bar - Seeking Investor/Loan

    Dear Sir or Ma'am,

I am purchasing an existing adult bar here in AZ. The owner owes me a debt, and will be assigning me 9.9% of the business soon. He has expressed an interest in selling out. I am seeking an investor for a loan to buy out the business. Ideally I would like a 400,000 loan, but can make the purchase work with 75,000 to 100,000. My personal credit score is around 700, and I have been a business owner for three years (filed as a sole proprietorship) I am willing to negotiate favorable terms for both of us. If interested let me know.

    Thank you for your consideration,

EVI, an honest assessment would be that this is not the appropriate place for securing capital for your venture, as there are no serious investors to be found here. You are looking to acquire an existing business with established historical revenue streams. With a FICO score of 700 you would qualify for a traditional bank loan, which believe it or not can be a viable option. I don't believe you need to seek venture capital. As long as the bar is not showing negative revenue I would follow up with an institution lending platform, it seems ideal for this situation. The banks are lending to private businesses and 700+ is the first criteria for this.

    Best regards,

    Jamie
