My business partner and I are very motivated and hard working and see this venture as a huge success. We have our business plan ready as well as funding sheets, p&l, break-even, return on investment, first 12 months, and 10 year projection.
We are an automotive based company out of Orange County CA that will sell high end wheels, accessories, and vehicles. A big part of our business will be in car/truck/suv sales. We are not a used car dealership. We will have a couple cars at a time for sale (fully customized with wheels, tint, audio, and accessories). Both my partner and I have designed show cars for Forgiato, Asanti, DUB, Savini, and other show cars. I constantly have people coming to me having me design wheels for them. This will be another service that our company offers. The majority of sales will come through tint, wheel, and accessory sales. Our company will only be dealing with top of the line companies and plan to deal mainly with celebrity/wealthy clients. This is a multi-billion dollar industry and we are ready to take it to the top.
Our needed capital is $400,000 and we are offering this total capital in 8 US$50,000 units. Each unit will receive 3% of the company for life. In our estimates, total distributions will be $800,000 within 10 years. Depending on amount of units is how much percentage you will receive in distributions. Once you have doubled your original investment, you will then have 3% of the company per unit. Total sales for 10 years (est.) is over US$16M.
