Anyone know where to find funding?

I have distribution of a film and media in place
2 great production companies who will flip a bill of around 250,000 each but need the find the rest of the 1.5 million to finish the film.

Any ideas on where to find funding?

I am a lender with UBS bank and our focused is on real estate
financing (commercial and residential) to the local community. Since we are
a portfolio lender we have our own underwriting guidelines and have
competitive rates.

We can also establish HELOCs at an all in LTV of 75% at very competitive
prime based rates.

I have a vague recollection from my banking days that Silicon Valley Bank in California had a group that specialized in lending to the film industry.

Alternatively, seek out private investors, just make sure you comply with sate and federal securities laws as you are seeking to issue unregistered securities (that is private company securities).
