The mobile content publishing system I was developing to get The Spoon to the market needs little bit extra investment to get finally finished .
The objective is to charge for the content (access to WAP page) pay per view basis where the small amount will be aggregated to user monthly mobile bill and use media content in the mobile device browser rather than using it as downloadable content without any protection.
I had to stop it in September 2007 as I:
1. Had a need for Symbian 9.1 mobile phone to test the Ikivo Media player (Ikivo - More than rich media) which they developed by my request and was ready in April.
2. To integrate with Bango they had high monthly fees £599 programs only then. Recently Bango have launched several lower entry programs depending on Payout rate.
Otherwise I would have started to earn money already from my The Spoon clips but so far I have tried unsuccessfully to raise little bit extra money.

If you have any interest to the blogging platform where you can charge for the content user rather than advertising/affiliate revenue in the mobile devices where besides articles, we can use media like video or SVG animations?

Customers can even subscribe new content as SMS notifications to their devices.

It will work with Symbian 9.1 (Symbian OS: the open mobile operating system) and over mobile phones currently, iPod and iPhone will be ready within a year and it will work with Opera (Opera browser: Home page).

As mentioned before there is no matching software platforms currently available in the market.

I need some £1K-£2K to finish it and we could use it by anyway to make money besides my The Spoon clips.
I do not want to license it as the software but maybe providing billable content delivery service for independent producers could be good idea.
