    I have an Angel Investing handbook that is much longer, more comprehensive and includes sample due diligence checklists from actual angel networks along with sample term sheets, case studies and a lot more.     could someone tell me how to get an investor without all the bullshit of joining and paying for those investment firms ect!!!

    ...umm..firstly, you'll have to correct your vocabulary
    you're looking for a financing package and
    this financing package may or may not feature private equity
    likewise, given that your venture is largely inappropriate for private equity, it's highly improbable that you'll need to shop for this kind of finance
