An Unique Website Idea.

Hello folks,
I am looking for your advices or investment into this business idea. My business idea is to build up an unique website that I believe can make a lot of money.

I have just graduated from a graduate business school with MSc. degree in Finance, and currently working part time as adjunct instructor for a college in Houston, Texas.

I am looking for an investment of 100k-200k to start up the business. BTW, would you please advice me how to protect the idea during the process of looking for an investment?

you have really a good idea. Today's there is a great need of unique website designer.

100-200K for a website that doesn't even exist? Investors don't want your ideas they want you to be able to build up your ideas so you can make them money. There's no need to protect it. Nobody wants it and if they do take it they won't get far with it as you're the sole person with the original idea in your head.

Hey Bridges,

Inquiries/pitchers such as the one you just posted come and go thousands of times per day on the internet. Granted you may have a truly unique idea, however you absolutely need to have a business plan and at least an executive summary or marketing plan for investors. They do not invest in ideas, they invest in plans and people. Also, send someone a NDA through email and have them sign it and scan it back to you.

I do have some connections to that type of funding and if you wouldnt mind throwing an NDA my way, I currently have a clean slate at the moment and wouldnt mind helping you write a business plan or summary, no catch. Like I said, any investor needs these to even listen to your pitch.
