OK: This is the short version.

I never learned Wordpress (except plugins). Don't know HTML. Only site I ever made was with Wix. And it's FLASH.

BUT I am completely devoted to off-site SEO / Social Marketing Campaigns. I even put ALL of my savings into this start-up--without a designer partner. That's why I need YOU.

ME: 27 years old. Massive elitist education (two Bachelors degrees and a Masters). Bachelors 1: 2006- Print Journalism/Marketing, Bachelors 2: 2006- Political Science/ Public Policy and Law, Masters - 2007- Public Administration.

I can write, edit, and know how to manage others. Began learning SEO in 2006.

MY SKILLS:
- Finding clients
- Doing analysis (I can analyze/diagnose ON-SITE issues, just can't fix them)
- Keyword research
- Content creation- Blog posts, Articles, Squidoos, Hubpages, Yahoo Answers responses, industry-specific blog comments (if high PR), directory submission-etc.
- Social Media: Creating Twitter/ Facebook / LinkedIn, etc. and updating
- Figuring out viral techniques

WHAT I'VE DONE / PAID FOR:
- Domain name (Success with SEO) and registration (business cards for you = blank but I'll pay for those too).
- Created logo (but you are welcome to change it)
- Have a mailbox for domain successwithseo dot com waiting for you
- Purchased a year of Hostgator hosting
- Purchased, installed and activated premium Wordpress theme ("Striking")

Then I need you. I can't do a thing with that theme, but I love it.

AND there are clients waiting!

I've put in $$$$-- set it all up. Time for the YOU.

YOU:

- Are reliable, responsible and located in the US (prefer EST)
- Will put our clients ahead of other projects, unless those came first in line
- Are a business-person like myself, who will bring in clients as I have
- Will build our websitenfor free-- This is fair since I've paid for everything to date, in my opinion. -- I already have it mapped out, but we can collaborate. I am open-minded)
- Can help me develop "packages" (Light, Pro, Ultimate, etc.) so we both get $$$
- Will put our clients first and do on-site SEO while I do the off-site (keyword analysis / linkbuilding / submissions / press releases / articles/ social media / bookmarking, etc.

HAVE THESE SKILLS (need a portfolio and resume)
- KNOWS Wordpress back and front (I have tons of plugins a friend gave me, like 50)
- Can do HTML / CSS coding, or specific MSWQL-whatever it is database work if required
- Understands SEO for websites
- Has SOME $$ in case we need a program or plugin (I'm broke from setting this up)

I'm attaching the initial "list of services" I came up with, but I don't even know if the On-Site section is up-to-date (got it from Google's .pdf). So if we are a good partnership, we can adjust, setup packages, and set prices.

Things that will upset me and possibly have you dismissed:
- Missing serious deadlines (example: update phone call to big client)
- Laziness / Typos all the time
- Not taking initiative or caring about the business
- No client building

Other than that, I'm flexible. Just contact me with
a) why you'd want to do this
b) a portfolio of some sort
c) suggestions regarding the uploaded attachment (outdated items, for example)
d) cover letter/ resume

If hired, I need you to fill out W-9 form (I will supply it), and submit a photo/bio for the "About Us" section of our site =) I'll get the business cards and promo stuff cheap!
