    Advice on investors and contracts.

    Hey folks,

I run the website Citizenshipper.com P2P shipping and I need to make some improvements to the site and invest in some marketing. I think that 5 to 10k will really set me up and I plan to approach some people in Houston regarding investment.

Now, how does this work exactly?

What would a typical agreement look like? Would there be contracts involved, and how do I go about paying back the money? The investor is clearly going to be looking to make some profit on his investment so assuming the business started making money how would the payment to the investor look? Lump sum? Share of first year profits? What happens if it never became profitable etc...

I know this is all very vague, but I think I am revealing my ignorance of how to approach this.

If anyone has some advice I am all ears!

I can show you an example of an investment contract that answers your posted questions and more.

    Send me a PM.
