Adult Entertaiment Club Looking for Investors or 100%CLTV
I have a client who needs funding for an adult entertainment private membership club. The competition easily brings in $3mill yearly and we expect to bring in the same. The owner has a 800 fico. They need $649k to purchase the building and $400k for construction. The owner will take a second. They also need $100k working captial. They are willing to take on partners.
