2 projects -- one HUGE return (looking for capital partner)

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on two HUGE projects (both combine to be worth millions) and I'm seeking an investor who's interested in a ROI of at least 10x.

If you only need 5k, why not consider traditional financing, where you will be paying 10% interest instead of 1000% interest.

I'm not eligible for financing, plus I'm giving SOMEONE ELSE an opportunity through this method.
