Won't happen. iPhones are only sold by authorized retailers, AKA, unless you are authorized by Apple to sell their products, you won't find a distributor for them. Your only option would be the black market and it will be extremely difficult to find 100 new authentic iPhones let alone 100,000.

And you won't. It would be illegal for them to work with you. They have contractual agreements with Apple that restrict them from distributing the products.

It would not be illegal for them to work with me if they have made an agreement with apple to sell the phones at wholesale. Not all of the I-Phones go straight to the phone carriers. There is a wholesale market.

Why don't you just buy it straight from Apple? Make a deal with an authorized dealer and buy it through his/her status and offer the 100k to the dealer instead. Just a thought.

then get a resellers license and let me buy through you then yes I will give you the 100k

however I have tried to apply at apple for a resellers license but it is a long process and I need theese phones faster than I can get a license.
