The Surf Ranch Action Sports Resort is the 1st action sports resort in the world, located in Nicaragua's largest tourist town...san juan del sur.

We have 10% of the company available for $50,000 USD.

It is a 2 acre resort with a 2 story thatch restaurant, 2 bars,swimming pool with a swim up bar, air conditioned gym, skateboard, surf and bike shop, 6 - 2 story villas, 10 condo units, (sleeps up to 40 people), Nicaragua's largest skateboard park, 40ft rock- climbing wall, parking lot, mini mega ramp into a giant inflatable airbag for skateboard and bike tricks (also have fake snow for skiis and snowboards), a waterfall and cliff jumping area, and all the action sports you can think of.

We have Pepsi and Gatorade involved as well.

The resort will be finished next summer and we will use the $50,000 towards advertising and making the resort run smoothly and flow.
