    $10,000 for working capital.

I have saved $18,000 for start up capital and am looking for another $10,000 for working capital. If anyone is interested please do not hesitate to send me a message or E-mail. Any tips are also welcomed, I included what you could call a shortened sales pitch if you will, Anyone serious about investing please feel free to contact me and I can offer more information.

The Burger Build will satisfy hungry consumers who are attending various events around the Midwest such as Concerts, music festivals, art shows, county fairs, and other various events.

We offer a unique style of gourmet burgers to consumers, allowing them to build their own burger to their own liking. The Customer pays a base price for a regular burger and then pays for additional toppings, everything from peanut butter, sauerkraut, or even a fried egg. (OH WAIT!) Let us not forget that a hungry customer will be a thirsty customer where we can offer them the service of providing soft drinks, water, and fresh lemonade.

I personally am an executive chef and general manager at a restaurant here in Minnesota. I have nearly eight years of cooking experience and customer service. I have worked with a Temporary Mobile Food stand before and am knowledgeable on how they run. In addition I have nearly completed my first two years enrolled in a Business Management course.

My wife has nearly seven years cooking, managerial and customer service experience. She is a kind hearted woman with strong work ethics.

My main labor force will consist of a qualified, former executive chef of over 30 years’ experience who owns his own restaurant and is willing to work with me for the first two years to help see my goal become a reality.

Is this something like a gourmet truck idea? I can understand the attraction of events because there are a lot of customers there, but how do you get past the fact that it is illegal to just park in the street and sell in most cities and start selling. The best would be to get into agreements with some venues to let you park inside the parking, but most venues have their own fast food places inside.

Yes, this is similar to that, I understand the legalities of this, and have around 70 different events to contact. In my spare time, where I don't have a set event in place, I am contacting private business owners, and the city to see what I need to do for a contract to set up in their parking lot, or rest stop's.
