If you were a big corporation, your HR department would be going nuts right now, and your PR department would be doing some damage control.

You need to watch the temper and either 1) just deal with it and say "thanks but no thanks", or 2) just walk away from it. YOU are your company, and YOUR actions dictate what other's think about the said company. Don't damage your reputation.

You need to read my post a little closer. I'm trying to help you out here. I never said you weren't going to be able to go from 75 to 2000. I'm saying that you need to add some credibility by saying how you are going to do that, and what is it going to cost. Just saying you are going to do it doesn't mean a thing. And to think that it is going to be easy, is even more ridiculous.

I'm giving you advice from someone who has raised funding 3 times. Before you go rattling off all of this random info, take some time to read some items on how to form a business plan/pitch so that you are ready for any question/request thrown your way. The way you are doing it right now just comes across very unprofessional.

Yeah I think you really need to come up with a real proposition as well. I asked numerous questions, and never was really satisfied with the answers I recieve. Without an ownership structure set, why is anyone goingt to buy shares, who knows how much of the company they will actually own for the money that they invest. Also, the temper doesn't reflect well upon you as a CEO, it shows immaturity. Investors don't want to give their money to an immature CEO. It looks like a lot of the people in this thread are against you at the moment, and the truth is that this is probably a correct observation. Most of the members at this forum, at least those who are highly involved, are rather intelligent and business savvy. Until you have a real proposition, and can share it in a more responsible and mature manner, you may want to look elsewhere for "easy money."

Greg, stop being silly. I am trying to help you. When I tell you that you're making mistakes, you really are making mistakes.

For example: the minute you take money from some outsider you found on an internet forum, your capitalisation table starts to look like a Picasso painting thrown together in a drunken stupor.

If you're gonna have anyone of us losers as your minority shareholders, your deal is gonna be branded untouchable by any accredited investors you're gonna have to hit up for rounds B,C,D. You know the saying, "Dog with fleas?" That's gonna be you.

Now...why do you think an early stage financing round is improbable if there are all sorts of weirdos listed in the cap table? Or why do you think you should only deal with accredited investors? That's why you need professional advice.

You have no idea what you are doing, you're being self destructive, your emotions are out of control, stop trusting your self to make decisions and get some adult supervision.
