I am interested - in my opinion, the major obstacles are:

1) working as a team and trusting people from all around the world
2) this is also a bonus however as 'marketing' and getting people to sign up is the next biggest hurdle. Once you have those too things - its going to be a breeze - you need a project manager and individuals with specific tasks v's rewards. (equal shares in a company etc) if you want me in please pm

Seriously Man 300B is almost impossible I think no company has made that. I know for one that Not even the World Famous Walmart did that. Well I hope you do see this 300b in the future. I think Vonage was the first to start this want they. And I have Vonage and it keeps messing up now. Not Satisfying with it.

Last time I checked (2 minutes ago), ExxonMobil's revenue for 2006 was 377.635 billion USD, oh and in case you've never heard of the company, even though it's the biggest company in the world, there're other competing enterprises, so to clarify, 300B is not impossible.
