Question What do you do with & how do you repay it?

Just a question I'd like to pose - what does everyone (who is lucky enough to get it) use their capital for? And at the end of the day / financial year how do they repay it? Particularly the latter as I'm intrigued to know what sort of repayment agreements people find acceptable.

Personally, I've been offered separate investments of $50,000 and $100,000 for Rogue Connect Online Dating but knocked both offers back. I simply haven't come across the need for investors at this stage. Obviously they'll be useful sometime in the future, but with my own business plan they simple don't fit in right now.

you exchange stock at 10x for investors. you give your investors preferred stock, your employees the common stock. the investors do what they want with it, you dont actually need to give them anything in return once they have their stock.
