Website Investor

Hi all, I'm pretty sure this belongs here, if not I apologize in advance. :P

Anyways I have come up with what I feel is a fairly marketable niche website, and what I am looking for is someone who'd be willing to host and buy a domain for this idea. Of course it will be split 50/50 on whatever income is brought in, but since I will be doing the researching and updating all that is required from you is a domain and hosting.

Income can is expected from selling text links, Google AdSense, and other advertising ventures.

The expected return time should be one month, but it always fluctuates.

I will work around 3 hours per day, more on the weekends, and even more in summer. If your interesting in investing around $50-$100 in what is needed above, in return for later and greater returns, please let me know.

Please remember I am looking for an investor, so do not expect to be paid back your 100-150 dollars in three weeks. But instead expect a passive income to steadily increase over the course of a year or so.

My last point is if you have questions or comments about this post, or questions about my niche I would be happy to explain more without giving ideas to competition in a PM or on MSN.

err, why don't you buy a domain ($8) and hosting (free to <$10 per month) yourself?

You probably could have made that money in the time it took you to write that post

btw, don't take that too harshly.. I just can't understand why you need so little? If you're after someone with good IM (internet marketing) skills then that is an understandable pitch.

cheers
nathan

I wouldn't take any good advice harshly.

The reason I cannot is because I am still a student and cannot legally gain access to a credit card. My parents will not allow me one, even though I've updated numerous sites before, mainly for non-profit.

I am fairly new to AdSense (6 months), but I learn something new everday. I feel that taking a risk with a student as myself (even though I am sure if you met me you'd realize it wasn't a risk) I feel my good ideas, and the low amount of money that is required in ordered to turn a profit negates and even outweighs my age.

Anyways, I will PM an example to those interested and try to get e-mails out, but I am going away for the long weekend.

When I get home I will crank out the PMs though.

EDIT: Just in case I freaked anyone out with this post, I have hosted and run previous sites a few times with PayPal, but I have bad experiences with hosts who accept PayPal so I am wary.

Galli, maybe your parents would allow you a prepaid credit card. That way you could enjoy the benefits of a credit card without the risk of ruining your credit. Something to think about.

Good luck in whatever course you take.

Thanks!

I will bring it up, not too likely, but it is always worth a shot.

Anyways, sent PM's and e-mails, you should have received them now. They include the idea, a bit of writing, and explanation of the cost.

I will be sending respones sometime tonight/this morning, so please keep your heads up.

pitch me in also at gintomm@hotmail.com

I may also invest a bit more if the pitch is excellent. If so we would have to discuss the split of the profits a bit more as I could be investing a lot more then initialy requested.
