We are dveloping a new online trading system.
MARKET:
-The 30% of ADULTS that want to shop online but have no credit card (USA)
-Individuals from other nations that are excluded due to their countries online trading issues (large market). This will enable us to open a complete market solution as transfers avoid credit and thus avoid the majority of online fraud.
-The youth market (teens) who are unable to attain credit
-Individuals who value security over conveniance
-Individuals who value speed of purchase online over the "enter details here" system, currently employed on every merchant website. (We offer a simple "swipe" technology that requires no typed input)
TARGETING:
-Online game communities that require identifiable consumer trading within the gaming industry (xbox, pc, ps2 etc)
-Music companies who would like to "TAP" into their target audience, but as yet, have no real payment solution for non credit card holders.
Teens purchase online music, but currently must ask parents for the use of the credit card. This market is fairly untapped and can work efficiently with the iPod community/MP3 community, which has a follow on effect to the music/movie industry
-Traders who are subject to high % rates or are unable to trade due to their industry choice
-Areas within the "bricks and mortar" community which can replace the standard Credit Card swipe system with a more secure POS system
-Individuals who wish to use "swipe at POS" from their home terminals (PC's) to make a purchase
POSITION:
-We require an individual with available capital
(75k) to further the project along. This individual will become part of the "Team" that will take the project to production and release. The individual will become an equal shareholder within the "to be formed" company and have a full time position in upper management. The capital is to "buy into" the project and to secure equal shares and upper management position.
Location is not an issue, but if you have the skills to actively pursue market leaders and converse at high standard with upper management of other companies, then we would like to use those skills to attend functions, seminars and expos to expose our system to key companies.

Please note:
We will need to take into account your skills as the position does require an individual that can fill an area within the system, so capital is not just the main requirement. There will also need to be some synergy between us and you to be accepted, as this is a requirement in the early stages.
