From what I learned in school and dealing with VCs with my business plan is they really do not want to take a big risk. They are looking for businesses that already have a proven product, marketing, and sales. They want to step in and help businesses that are headed to the next level not entering the market place. If for some reason you did find a VC that wanted to fund you I would imagine a very low valuation of your company and the VC would take a large portion of ownership in your company.

With that said you might want to look for angel investors or maybe even contact other businesses in the motorcycle industry (or even famous people in the industry) and pitch your idea to them and see if you can get a partnership of some kind to fund the entering of the market. You might even get your first customers from this partnership agreement.
