Up and coming Real Estate Developer looking for an Investor.
CityLife Development Group is a new real estate development group on the rise in Manhattan.
A little background:
CityLife was founded early in 2007 by two young real estate enthusiasts (Myself being one). After completing a few small projects on suburban Long Island (NY), the business partners turned their attention and focus to the unlimited possibilities of NYC.
CityLife, now based in Manhattan, is looking for new investors who are willing to give money to make money in the rich NYC real estate market.
We have thorough proposals set and ready for investors on properties ranging from gut renovations to new construction; requiring capital from $1,000,000 to $30,000,000. We take our business seriously, and take the care of your money seriously. If you would like to learn more or you are interested in what you've read, please respond. -- At the least its nice to have fellow entrepreneurs and investors among my contacts.
Thank you for your time!
Sincerely,
Pedro Raicovich

If you still look for investors, the webisite thestreetmarket.com might help you. It a specialised community for entrepreneurs who need investment or partners.
I worked with them off line and they were very helpful.

akula,
This is a serious business that I'm running. This website is being used for me as a networking tool to meet other entrepreneurs and investors. Judging by some of your previous posts, your only interest is putting other people’s ideas down. Personally, I don’t mind hearing criticism, its usually helpful; as for you, I feel bad that you have nothing better to do than sitting on a computer attempting to belittle others. As for my business, we are well on our way to being successful; stepping over ignorant people like you is part of the business world. Though I am flattered that you took the time to post on my thread, I would appreciate only interested parties or those with constructive criticism.

hhaha
brilliant
look..here's some constructive criticism...u're in the wrong place
networking doesn't happen here
it happens in places especially designed for networking
besides, if you really were trying to network, you wouldn't be doing a pitch, but rather you'd ask questions, ask for feedback, and ask for referals
is there a question mark somewhere in your post?
erhh...i give up, whatever you say

I have a few questions for you:
What financial background/experience/education do you have?
How many projects have you completed, what were their size in $, and what was your annualized return?
How much money are you personally investing?
Do you have your proposed projects already identified (as in the specific real estate)?
Are you aware that the proper title for someone with an equity interest in an LLC is a member, not a partner?
Why don't you start there.

Jmenq2 is right. You will gain more credibility by describing your past projects and how they fared. In fact, you should lead with those details instead of generally commenting that you completed multiple projects in Long Island. That means nothing without details. Good luck.
