I just wanted everyone to know that I have a lender/Hedge fund that is making unsecured business lines of credit. Minimum loan amount 100K up to 550K, for those that have;

1.) A business that has been in existence for 2 years or more (The only excluded business is residential real estate businesses)

2.) A personal credit score of 680 or higher

Very simple qualifications and closings. Let me know if you know anyone that may benefit from this type of Financing.

In the current lending environment, it is amazing that this still exists!

i know a few that will fund you
but banks won't fund more than 100K without financials
and most won't go above 50K
