Thinking big?
I live in the philippines. Currently I have friends who are offering services to a forein company(printing and creating tshirt). I'm planning to open one myself. Land and Employee is not a problem. PM for details. Why the philippines? CHEAP LABOR! I also have a bundle of things I can export.
