Starting a Family Entertainment Center

I am currently in the process of finishing a business plan for a family/adult entertainment center. The facility is a 188,000 sq. ft. building in Northridge, CA. The facility will include bowling, mini-golf, go-karts, food venues, arcade, midway, comedy club, dueling pianos club, and other possible entertainment venues. Currenly, the San Fernando Valley has no such facility bringing the best of entertainment together.

I am looking for talented individuals of all ages, especially those with experience in some of the areas explained above. If you have something that you can offer to this project, I want to hear from you. I am a young entreprenuer looking to reach my goals, and I am looking for like minded people.

I am also in the beginning stages of finding capital, so I am also looking for help in this area.

Please contact me at chuckyb221@aol.com if you would like some more info.

I wish I could help you, but all I offer is office-related skills. But, you can get support from me when you need it! If you do need any extra office help but you don't have enough time/energy to do it yourself, feel free to contact me and I can see if I'm a suitable person for what you are looking for.

Besides that.. don't you have a business plan? If you don't, you're probably best bet to get started is to break it down in sections. Figure out who your targeting audience is (which you have) and try to sell you entertainment. Which.. I'm sure you already figured that part out.

Contact me if you need me!

I would hope he has a business plan, but its kind of funny cause a lot of people i've talked to in business usually don't have one. Maybe that is why so many people fail at business in the first 5 years. So you are a Virtual Assistant eh? Well i don't know that much about that but it sounds very interesting. How do you charge for your services? All the best!

Well I haven't been able to charge anyone as of yet because my website only gets one hit a day! Heh, pathetic I know. I'm currently trying to figure out a way to market the website w/o it costing me a bunch of $$$.

Anyway, It's usually done upon completed project. Unless it's business cards or return labels or something of that sort. It all depends on what the person wants, that's why I say on the website to contact me before ordering.

And the order process is through a cubecart I have set up on the website (the URL is hidden though). That way people can submit their credit card through one of the merchant accounts I have signed up for.

I also have thought about sending out bill formats, aka in paper. I'm afraid though that people will take the completed tasks and run though!
