They are both listed in search engines, adsense/affiliate ready and SEO'd. I will also handover the myspace accouts for each of these that have over 250 (targeted) friends combined. I am selling because I want to put a down payment on a house. I just moved to Port st. lucie and am desperate to get out of my parents house. I have been here for 3 months now and just can't deal anymore. I have made $42.78 so far off of NewAnxietyCure.com and nothing on TheNewMommy.com

Both of them combined wouldn't even be 3 months old. I don't necessarily want to sell these sites. I gotta make another $3,500 and figured this might be away to make that. I don't want to sell, but I want the money for a down payment more right now.

My credit sucks from when my wife was in school and I was the only one working. So it would just be family...thats not a good source.

I have $7,200 put away already I need $10k, I'm just seeing if this might make that happen alittle quicker then 4 weeks from now. I wanted to be out by the end of September.

I aint tryin to make this a personal life story...these sites are my pride and joy right now. If someone else see's what I see then they would snatch these up in a heart beat. It trully is a win/win situation for me.

unfortunaley your over charging by way too much. A site making $1,000 per month would sell for about $5,000. And you want that for 2 sites that made $42 total... reconsider or figure out ways for the sites to make money and I may be intrested.
