Lightbulb Serious Investors Only Need apply! Buying Public Companies

The bottom line is there are some very good companies that are now very undervalued or have fallen out of favor. Some have a small market Cap and have fallen out of favor by its original investors, and due to lack of proper planning are now great acquistion targets; simply because they should never have gone Public in the first place without an exit strategy for their shareholders and or for themselves.

So their poor planning has created opportunties to acquire them for pennies on the dollar, and may have more Work In Capital then they would cost to acquire. (CEO's fallen asleep at potential hard line takeovers) miss those days. Even with the uncertainty of today's market these companies are golden for one reason, lack of building shareholder planning.

Further discussions will require both signed NDA and Non-compete agreements; serious investors only need apply.

Example of a great find and quick ROI, company can be acquired for about $2-3mm in less than 45 days and is publcily traded. Has revenues in excess of $35-45mm, but requires CEO & Middle managment clean up. The company can easily generate a 15% EBITDA but has been held back from doing so, old management thinking & style, little use of technology enhancement to remove redundancy in firm. As a CFO I see potential in many firms like this that require some TLC, and off to the races we go.

The firms I have run have grown on their own recognizance and through healthy acquistion targets. I have finally decided after building wealth for everyone want to be my own boss and begin acquiring companies and managing them to success on my own (in some sense), by hand picking and directly managing those teams for success. Any investment funds will have a combined ROI of 20-25% debt and equity instrutments can and will be used. Most investments will be for a minimum 1 yr preferably 5yrs or more, this is not a small task therefore a long-term investor will enjoy this type of investment more so than those who may simply be looking for short term gains. For those interested please contact me, Chris 321-795-6186 in short order 2009 will be a year of significant change and success for all involved.
