I see you ad posting seeking investor and found interest in the offer. I'm an investment banker and development shelf companies for acquisitions, joint ventures, and startups. The process obtaining funds is quite simple and but everyday people are not bankers and understand very little about how powerful financing and credit lines can be in the corporate world.
