I am seeking an investor, possibly a silent partner, I have established a realestate/mortgage business, but need to grow.I am still operating from home with 4 employees. we cover sales, buyers, lending, notary, fsbos, and soon enough fire and casualty insurance. where I am lacking in capital, I am abundant in creativity.

in order to be a real estate broker you need to have worked for 2 years full time under another broker or meet certain college criteria, which I dont hve that info on hand right now, nd to pass brokers test, etc, I have a handful of people working with me now and I really need to lease a place, purchase furn,(dont care if its used) and bus. equipment, faxes and copies are a must as well as several computers, you need to have real estate software and mortgage software, I am looking for 35000, I would prefer to lease a place and give them their funds in advance, so that I can focus on growing the business and not thinking about nexts months lease payment. you can easily do this, I found a great website, about how to build business credit, but I have to put that im my next reply, since I forgot to bring it with me.

ps you dont have to necessarily be local to do the loans, you would want to be local to be hooked up with a great real estate company, so that you could go in and get floor time, but (here i go) should you need help with the loans, dont feel lost, give me a holler, get your self a real estate work book too, their out there, one in relation to prospecting etc. I dont know if I am allow to give book titles on here, if I am then I could recommend another one for you.
