Seeking equity investment for pre IPO or M & A HiTech biz repay in 12 Mo's.
For the last 4 hours I have been clicking through (starting with #1) a list of 724,000 angel investors and mostly angel investor organizations. What a headache. More paperwork. Unbelievable.

I have a comprehensive business plan and registered PPM for $10MM with documented support materials (Min. investment $5,000.). Now all these organizations want it all typed into their format and must appear before committees, general meetings etc ad infinitum.

Two days ago someone suggested I contact Mark Cuban, I did. I wrote him a letter briefing our operation. This seemed a much cleaner approach to my search, and by the way he is out of the Internet/computer industry so I feel confident he will respond - got lucky on that one (didn't even know that before I sent him the info).

Can anyone else drop a few names on me and yes I'm looking for individual equity investors not VC. Any help would be welcome.
