Business Idea:
The business I am trying to startup is a online/small business cash flow note brokering business that will be based online for national exposure. Marketing and sales techniques will be swift and intense (which much of the capital will go towards.)

Prepayment:
I have situated all the fee's to cover up to a year worth of services and such. I estimate capital of $11,500 but I am doubting I will go for it because the loan seems a bit outrageous (although it will pay off for a year worth of service for my telephone bill, marketing materials, training materials, appropriate software, etc.)
If I do go for this, it'll be a even QUICKER R.O.I. (seeing that I don't have to use any of my commission money to pay the monthly charges or whatever, their already paid off for a full entire year.)
Idea of R.O.I.
Figure it like this, if one note brokering commission check ranges from $2,500 to up to $10,000 or so... and I can produce almost maybe 10-15 (with MASS marketing in my hands) a week, you could be paid your capital back in less then possibly 2-3 weeks once commission funds are received.
Do I Accept Interest Capital?
Yes I do, I believe its better to pay some interest back for the courteous loan. Although I'm not looking for a massive percentage pay back, maybe 10% to about 20%, no more, no less.
Note:
I have no credit as I have not been able to develop any credit yet as I just turned 18 not too long ago and have not applied for any credit cards or anything yet.
