I would suggest trying to get funding from a bank first, since you'll only pay interest on the loan. If your growth is solid and you have a good team and good track record, funding by a bank shouldn't be too much of a problem.

If you grab an Angel or VC, you'll be giving up +25% of the entire business. VC's typically look for a return of >5x, and they usually want it quick... Right now, most VC's are throwing money into the tech bubble so it might be hard.

Anyways, he's just got $2.5mil in funding over the next 5 years for it.
