My problem with this is, Why wont you do it your self? you still have not answered that.

Would it not be cheaper, easier and quicker to do it yourself?

Peter feedback rating counts for alot on eBay and as he/she is starting out = low/no feedbakc which means its harder to sell at first even though every1 will have ot be there at some point!

If I was a scammer I wouldn't have a 2 page thread here with proper replies, a legit website, and a successful transaction on eBay. Any scammer I've seen posts a terribly spelled thread on a forum directing people to a bogus site with a deal way too good to be true with zero details. Get real.
