Hi looking for an indiviual who is iterested in realestate (rental)investing , ive done it in the past and have made great equity. looking to do it again with a partner 50 50 split , I guess your wondering well if he made a great profit here why doesent he do it again, well the answer is the bank will only morgtgage so much money out to one individual and i still owe on my property but have made 30000 in two years in equity . I want to do it again in the rental income world ,so if any one wants to go splits and detemine a time limit on holding a property the selling let me know and we will go splits on the downpayment and rent it out ,,, i live near kitchener ontario so it would be best if my partner did too, chaves1@porchlight.ca email with the respone to this tread. only serious investers need applie.... thank you .

Hello, investing in real estate is great. Did you have other experiences in the real estate business before such as working in a team or company that encouraged you to start on your own. It would speak of your skill and capabilities. If not, have you considered working in real estate corporations or team?

I buy commercial real estate as a day job for a private equity group. What type of rental properties are we talking about? Residential housing? Multi-residential (duplexes, triplexes, 40 unit apts, etc...)?

Also what markets are you looking into and what are your exit strategies?

I own a few houses myself, and I normally do lease options on these properties so I know what returns I'm getting myself into.
