OK, I am usually not this serious, i usually goof around on these forums, but let me give this a quick try.

There's something called Private Placement Offering. I don't want to go in details, because I am too tired right now, but this is the alternative to getting bank loans, etc. Just google "Private Placement Offering" and read further, and if you need to get started, I recommend, Incredia.com, the owner is a friend of mine and a great guy.
