PHP Partner Needed

Hi, I am Joe Janeski Jr. I am from NY, USA. I am starting my own 2d rpg website. The game will run off of the neab php game engine, so php knowledge will be required. I will work on the seo and running the site, and you will be the programmer. Some jobs you will need to be able to do is making a donation program for the game for users to donate through paypal for in-game items; along with many others. No revenue yet, as the site isn't opened or started yet. I am investing a lot of time and money into seo, so the site will start off with good publicity. The php partner will receive 20% of revenue coming in before any expenses, and will be required to do at least 10 hours of work each week. The php partner will be required to work at least for 1 month, and will be paid every two weeks. I will guarantee you the 20% each month, as long as you do the required work.
