Outsourcing business (looking for partners)

hi there,

i just came across this website, and looking forward to gain some interests from young entrepreneurs like myself.

I'm planning to start a company in the philippines next year. One that deals with resource outsourcing (whether thats manpower, or web development, or applicatioon development, even support services like call center technical support, telemarketing, or network operations center stuff)

why there? first im a local from there, second, its one of the worlds outsourcing hub, why, because of highly educated workforce, and cheap labor cost. not to mention the quality of work.

that is why a lot of huge companies (like DELL, SPRINT, VERIZON, Cisco-Linksys, etc) are currently outsourcing there due to these reasons, not to mention that English speaking culture (as it is the second language)

A lot are already doing it back there, but still the demand for the outsourcing business and workforce is still huge.

If theres anybody out there who is interested to partner and invest with me, pls drop me a mail or message, and lets discuss this in length.

Cheers,

Carl Rama

Hi Syia,

im looking not only for a financial partner but also an industry partner, e.g. people who has contacts for possible customers. In terms of financing, of course it depends on how big the operation would start and what kind of outsourcing business

in manila, just to setup a small office, and register a business will only take as little as around 3K-4K USD, inclusive of 3 months of space lease, internet, PCs and some furnitures. So it really depends. If its gonna be a small technical support center or call center (with maybe 5-10 seats), it will be a lot more due to the cost of equipment, which will be around 15K USD or more.

These are just my estimates. Again depends on the scale.
